Our concept is aimed at ambitious young professionals between the ages of 18 and 36.

Living at Change= is only possible if you are employed or if you have been self-employed and earned an income for at least one year. If you are employed, it is important that you have at least passed your trial period and have signed an employment contract. This can be for a limited time or indefinite period. Have you been self-employed for at least one year? Then you are also welcome to live at Change=. Our buildings are equipped with several common areas. Here, residents can work independently, but also perform and carry out work, activities, workshops, etc. with fellow residents.

Professional workspaces

Furthermore, we also have Change=PRO where the focus is on professional work. Here you can rent various meeting rooms, a modern auditorium, private workspaces and much more. At Change=PRO you will find a community of young entrepreneurs who are enterprising and looking for a network. By offering professional services, we encourage our community to achieve their professional goals as well. In addition, working in the lounge is free for residents, as long as they place an order.
