Our Atelier Homes

Our atelier homes in Utrecht are designed so that you can live and work on your projects in the same place. Your home is located on the ground floor with its own entrance. The home is spacious with a surface area of 40 m², high ceilings, large windows for plenty of natural light, and a fixed staircase leading to a mezzanine with an additional 12 m² of living space. This allows you to combine living and working in a single rental home in Utrecht, without needing to look for a separate studio.
